Refund Policy

Digital products

DMarksCreations sells downloadable digital products, including AI applications, interactive collections, manuals, cookbooks, and reflection PDFs. No physical product is shipped.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind after receiving your download. Please read the product description, compatibility information, and any available sample before purchasing.

When something is wrong

Please contact us if:

• You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
• Your download is missing, corrupted, or contains the wrong files.
• A problem with the supplied product prevents it from working as described.
• The product materially differs from its description at the time of purchase.

We may first offer a replacement file or help resolving the problem. If we cannot provide the product as described, we will offer a refund.

How to request help or a refund

Email dan@dmarkscreations.com within 14 days of purchase when possible. Include:

• Your order number.
• The product name.
• The email address used at checkout.
• A brief description of the problem.
• For AI products, the platform you are using.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal documents.

AI product compatibility

AI products use your own compatible AI account. Available features and usage limits depend on the platform and plan described on the product page.

We cannot control third-party services or guarantee identical results in every conversation. We will still review reports that a product does not work as advertised.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time before the credit appears depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
